As Vice President of Sales at Goodier Labs, she focuses on strategic business development, client partnerships, and driving growth through innovation and collaboration.

Prior to joining Goodier Labs, Nicole built her career within the beauty contract manufacturing space, where she held leadership roles across marketing, sales, product development, and project management. Throughout her career, she has successfully led sales growth initiatives, expanded key accounts, and secured high-value B2B partnerships across skincare, personal care, and cosmetics categories.

Known for her relationship-driven approach and strong industry insight, Nicole combines a deep understanding of beauty trends and consumer behavior with a passion for helping brands bring innovative, high-quality products to market while fostering lasting partnerships and long-term success.
