Rodney Bellamy

Rodney is an accomplished operations and product development executive with more than 30 years of experience in the personal care and cosmetics industry. As Vice President of Manufacturing & Operations at Goodier Cosmetics, he leads cross-functional teams focused on manufacturing excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic client partnerships.

Prior to joining Goodier, Rodney spent more than 25 years with Mary Kay Inc., where he held leadership roles across global project management, new product development, supply chain, engineering, and contract manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale product commercialization initiatives, implemented global process improvements, and developed high-performing teams that drive innovation and business growth.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to operational excellence, Rodney is passionate about mentoring teams, building strong partnerships, and delivering world-class products to market.

Rodney holds an MBA in Industrial Management from University of Dallas and a bachelor’s degree in Communications from University of Oklahoma.
